Mangalorean Chicken Sukka and Neer dosa Mangalorean Chicken Sukka also known as Kori Sukka or Kori Ajadina is an Indian Dish of Chicken native to Mangalore and Udupi region.   It is basically chicken cooked with a homemade masala which consists coriander seeds, peppercorns, dried red   chillies, cinnamon stick jeera and roasted coconut ❤️  It is served with Neer dosa which is made of rice flour, water and salt which is very soft and thin in texture and it   is known as water dosa😅
